This research paper examines the relationship between physical environments at All-day Kindergartens and their ability to effectively deliver their daily programs. Specifically, it analyzes the correlation between space and the successful running of programs, listing official building recommendations for All-day Kindergartens. Through both literary and empirical-qualitative research, the aim of this paper is to highlight the significance of physical environments to the implementation of daily programs. The research was based on formal interviews with Kindergarten Teachers from All-day Centres in the Municipality of Alexandroupolis, Education Representatives and Council Staff responsible for Early Learning. The findings show that several of the premises inspected are unsuitable to operate as All-day Centres due to the lack of specialized areas such as lunchrooms, sleep spaces and playgrounds. Children's needs are not being met as the absence of necessary facilities has a negative impact on the programs being provided
