The history of the schools of the housing developments near Evros river and the performances of pupils from the years 1925-1950 (Master thesis)

In the current master thesis project the history of the Prefecture of Evros from Alexandroupolis to the housing settlement of Lavara is written down. At the same time a reference is made to the educational institutions which were transferred from the regions out of the Greek borders, where growing Greek population was living as well as to the establishment of new educational institutions for the coverage of the educational needs of the residents of the Prefecture of Evros. Afterwards, the history of eight housing settlements next to the river Evros and the establishment of their schools is mentioned and then a questionnaire follows, which old students answered, where their educational process and their performances are written. Also, commenting and exporting conclusions for the education of the residents of the housing settlements next to the river Evros are made and the master thesis project is completed by the resulting findings from all the information of this work
