In recent years, more and more couples have been looking for a solution to the problem of infertility through assisted reproductive methods, resulting in increased in vitro fertilization use. At the same time, there has been growing concern about the long-term effects that various infertility drugs may have on various assisted reproductive techniques, with more prominent cancer occurring in the female reproductive system and other parts of the body. This diploma thesis aims at a bibliographic review, referring to past and more recent studies to clarify the relationship of infertility drugs to gynecological cancer.
