Introduction: Endometriosis is a disease of women of reproductive age and one of the main symptoms are infertility. Many women with endo-metriosis are addressed in units of assisted reproduction and under-going IVF techniques.Purpose: Approach, analysis and investigation of current developments in the etiology, diagnosis, treatment of infertility in the light of modern assisted reproductive techniques. Material: English-language literature, articles of medical journals. Method: Lite-rature review. Conclusion: Due to multiple factors having an impact on the causation of disease, the etiology remains under investigation and symptoms vary. One of the most frequent and severe symptoms of endometriosis is infertility, which pushes women to assisted fertility centers. Even today not possible to select the optimal IVF technique due to conflicting results. Age is the most crucial factor in the choice of infertility response strategy.
