| heal.abstract | Η προσχολική ηλικία αποτελεί μια ξεχωριστή περίοδο στη ζωή των παιδιών ως προς την υιοθέτηση συνηθειών και τρόπου ζωής. Αντίστοιχα η φυσική δραστηριότητα και γενικά η κίνηση, βοηθά τα παιδιά να αποκτήσουν εμπειρίες και να αναπτυχθούν τόσο σωματικά και νοητικά όσο και κοινωνικά. Σύμφωνα με τον Piaget η φυσική δραστηριότητα αποτελεί κύριο παράγοντα στην ολόπλευρη ανάπτυξη τους, τονίζοντας την αμφίδρομη σχέση σώματος και νου. Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η διερεύνηση της συσχέτισης και της επίδρασης της φυσικής δραστηριότητας στην γνωστική ανάπτυξη των παιδιών προσχολικής ηλικίας, μέσω της ανασκόπησης της βιβλιογραφίας. Η μεθοδολογία της έρευνας πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσα από την συλλογή και τη μελέτη επιστημονικών άρθρων και βιβλίων. Συμπερασματικά, η ανασκόπηση έδειξε ότι η επίδραση της φυσικής δραστηριότητας στην γνωστική ανάπτυξη είναι σημαντική. Αναλυτικότερα, η φυσική δραστηριότητα κατά την διάρκεια της παιδικής ηλικίας επιδρά θετικά τόσο στην γνωστική όσο και στην σωματική ανάπτυξη. Επίσης, βελτιώνει την υγεία των παιδιών και τον τρόπο σκέψης και κατανόησης. Επιπλέον, η φυσική δραστηριότητα στην προσχολική ηλικία επιδρά θετικά στον έλεγχο συμπεριφοράς, στην μνήμη εργασίας και στην ανάπτυξη ενός ευρύτερου λεξιλογίου. | el |
| heal.abstract | Early childhood is a special period in children's lives in terms of adopting habits and a healthy lifestyle. Respectively, physical activity and motion in general helps children gain experiences and develop physically and mentally, as well as socially. According to Piaget, physical activity is a major factor in their overall development, highlighting the two-way relationship between body and mind. The aim of this study is to look into the correlation and the impact of physical activity on the cognitive development of preschool children, through a review of the literature. The research methodology was carried out through the collection and study of scientific articles and books. In conclusion, the review showed that the impact of physical activity on cognitive development is quite significant. More specifically, physical activity during childhood has a positive effect on both cognitive and physical development. It also improves children's health and their way of thinking and understanding. In addition, physical activity in early childhood has a positive effect on behavioral control, working memory and the development of a broader vocabulary. | en |
