Βέρμπη, Ειρήνη - Μυρτώ/ Vermpi, Eirini - Myrto

The human microbiome consists of DNA from microbial communities and is very complicated. The cultivation methods and PCR point to the sperm flora as a possible cause of some unexplained infertility, however its role in the quality of the sperm and in the way this effect is regulated is still being researched. The purpose of this research is to synthesize the results of ten relevant studies in order to clarify any effects and also the clinical importance of the sperm microflora.
