The subject of this thesis is the time and financial planning of a building project based on the theory of graphs and with the auxiliary program MS Project. For the management of a building project, the object of which is complex and complex, a wide field of knowledge of many specialties is required. We can no longer rely on experience alone to organize projects. After all, the evolution of our society, both cognitively and technologically, is rapid, with the result that in the field of project management we have significant changes in the way time and financial planning is done. With the best possible coordination of the actions of the activities, the goal of creating optimal results is now possible. In the 1st chapter of the thesis, the theory of graphs is analyzed with definitions, their categories and the problems solved with graphs. In the 2nd chapter, the analysis of the project design, the structural analysis of the tasks and the structural analysis of the project are explained. In the 3rd chapter, the C.P.M. critical path method is analyzed. , while in the 4th chapter the cost. Finally, in the 5th chapter, we implement all of the above in a building project with the MS Project program.
