During the last three years, the planet has been facing the Covid-19 pandemic, which has caused the disease of more than 665 million people worldwide and has obliged governments to take strict measures to reduce its spread. According to researches, the effect of these measures on physical activity and mental health of the adolescents has been greater than expected. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the impact of the pandemic on adolescents during the removal of restrictive measures in February 2022. Sample consisted of 177 students of secondary education of the Municipality of Kifissia. The International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) short version was used to evaluate the physical activity of adolescents, while for the evaluation of the five dimensions of their mental health (engagement, perseverance, optimism, connectedness, happiness) the Epoch Measure Of Adolescent Well-Being (EPOCH) was considered appropriate.
