The current doctoral research approaches and examines the relationship among great cultural interventions and related infrastructures regarding the social and national cohesion, the economic impact and the architectural influence in situ. The outcomes of the research point out the way to understand supralocal cultural phenomena and the main impact of cultural centres such as museums and archaeological sites, also cultural routes with monuments, important festivals, iconic landmarks etc. How essential is their contribution to the financial life of the community and to the citizen’s identity. The archaeological discoveries and the past that comes out through excavations and modern presentation create a new cultural net and another public impact to account for how coherent structures of cultural elements develop from their interactions. Case studies in greek cultural environment are crucial part of the research in order to uncover their financial function and better practices.
