Introduction: The present study examines the role of interdisciplinary collaboration and social work within the field of Special Education and Training (SET), focusing on the management of ethical issues and challenging behaviors through a hypothetical case study of a student with autism. The aim is to highlight practices that enhance inclusion, safety, and pedagogical effectiveness. Methodology: A literature review was conducted through the analysis of theoretical frameworks, legislation, and relevant SET literature, combined with the systematic presentation of a case study. The analysis was based on an interdisciplinary intervention model, emphasizing the role of the social worker, ethical decision-making, and school–family collaboration. Results: The implementation of coordinated interventions is expected to lead to a reduction in aggressive behavior, enhancement of functional communication, and improvement of the student’s emotional regulation. At the same time, the development of a shared strategy among professionals contributes to a safer school climate and strengthens professional collaboration. Conclusions: An interdisciplinary approach and ethically grounded practice constitute key prerequisites for effective inclusive education. The social worker plays a central role in connecting stakeholders and in shaping a supportive framework that promotes equity and participation.
