Psychological endurance is one of the key subjects of modern phycology, because it is related to the ability of a person to deal with difficulties, adapt to adversities and maintain functionality under pressure. This study focuses on psychological endurance of undergraduate students during their years of studying. Opinions and experiences of undergraduate students related to psychological endurance were investigated, along with the impacts on their academic and personal life. The study is divided in two parts, theoretical-review and research part. On the first part, a literature review was performed related to phycological endurance of undergraduate students during their studying years. On the second part, the interviews that were used as methodology are presented and analyzed determining the quality level of the study. The sample consists of eight undergraduate students of the Department of Primary Education of Alexandroupoli. The findings of the study suggest that psychological endurance of undergraduate students is affected by a continuous interaction among personal features, social relationships and academic demands. Proper scheduling of their obligations and support of the student’s social environment appears to play a significant role in their response on demanding and stressful situations.
