Innovation strategies in products and services of the sport industry (Bachelor thesis)

The purpose of the thesis was to investigate the strategies used by the sports industry to create innovative products and services. To achieve this goal, the method employed was the bibliographic review of international scientific articles was chosen. In the process of innovation, sports organizations can take advantage of several opportunities to improve their business model and create a close relationship with their consumers, which will generate new sources of revenue. The results of the research showed that in a rapidly developing digital era, sports organizations show more and more interest in the development of their corporate innovation, with the aim of their progress, their excellent operation and their differentiation from the competition. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Internet of Things, Crypto and other innovations will play a key role in the overall evolution of the sports industry
