| heal.abstract | Σκοπός της διπλωματικής εργασίας ήταν να διερευνήσει τις στρατηγικές που χρησιμοποιούνται από την αθλητική βιομηχανία για την δημιουργία καινοτόμων προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών. Για την επίτευξη του σκοπού αυτού επιλέχθηκε η μέθοδος της βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης από διεθνή επιστημονικά άρθρα. Στην διαδικασία της καινοτομίας, οι αθλητικοί οργανισμοί μπορούν να αξιοποιήσουν αρκετές ευκαιρίες για να βελτιώσουν το επιχειρηματικό τους μοντέλο και να δημιουργήσουν μία στενή σχέση με τους καταναλωτές τους, η οποία θα δημιουργήσει νέες πηγές εσόδων. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν πως σε μία ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενη ψηφιακά εποχή οι αθλητικοί οργανισμοί δείχνουν ολοένα και περισσότερο ενδιαφέρον στην ανάπτυξη της εταιρικής τους καινοτομίας, με σκοπό την πρόοδό τους, την άριστη λειτουργία τους και την διαφοροποίησή τους από τον ανταγωνισμό. Τεχνολογίες όπως η Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη (Artificial Intelligence - ΑΙ), το Blockchain, το Internet of Things, τα Crypto και άλλες καινοτομίες θα έχουν καθοριστικό ρόλο στην συνολική εξέλιξη της αθλητικής βιομηχανίας. | el |
| heal.abstract | The purpose of the thesis was to investigate the strategies used by the sports industry to create innovative products and services. To achieve this goal, the method employed was the bibliographic review of international scientific articles was chosen. In the process of innovation, sports organizations can take advantage of several opportunities to improve their business model and create a close relationship with their consumers, which will generate new sources of revenue. The results of the research showed that in a rapidly developing digital era, sports organizations show more and more interest in the development of their corporate innovation, with the aim of their progress, their excellent operation and their differentiation from the competition.
